At Lyxtherozol, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a return or refund for products purchased through our website.

This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations and your statutory rights under Finnish law.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at request@lyxtherozol.world with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions
  • Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective product or wrong item shipped).

In cases where we are at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for pickup.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • For withdrawal cases, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first
  • Processing time by payment providers is typically 5-10 business days after reimbursement is initiated
  • The refund will include the product price and standard delivery costs (if applicable)
  • Additional delivery costs (such as express shipping) are not refundable

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and cover all associated shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us

10. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.

12. Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Finnish consumer protection law or EU regulations. You may have additional rights that cannot be waived or limited by this policy.
